I have just started my health journey with Avantika. In less than 2 months my health parameters have already improved. How do I know? Because I got tested. That is why.
I like the fact-based scientific approach that Avantika uses. For a person like me, this is a good way to understand my progress. Avantika starts her program only after she has understood the critical health variables. It may seem like a huge lot of tests, but as the program progresses one understands why they are important and how they change over time.
This information is used by her to draft a personalized solution. The periodic reviews are spaced just right, without overwhelming a person but at the same time frequent enough to be able to discuss what is working well and what is not.
The approach is two-sided. This means that I felt comfortable sharing what does not suit me and where I find some changes may be needed.
Avantika has solutions that are client friendly and human. She has tips for everyday problems that we face with our food and digestion. I also found that she spends time explaining what good nutrition is- what are the macros, the nutrients, the vitamins, and how much we need of each and why. Why are trans fat bad for us? why is Ghee, Butter better? (right down to the fatty acid chains).
I have shared photographs of food items and she has helped me make the right choice basis the ingredients.
All in all, I look forward to continuing my journey with her. I am hoping that I am able to make the program a lifestyle and not a DIET- which is what Avantika always tells me!
